For more than a decade we were the primary advisory service for our parent Allied Capital, a mezzanine debt lender. We have been independent since 2011.

We engage projects throughout the investment cycle, starting from the ideation exploration phases where test and develop strategy. We screen deals and develop target lists; We generate valuation models and digital twins of targets ideal for make-versus-buy frameworks.

Post-acquisition, we work with teams to develop implementation plans, assess human resources, and create as well as implement strategic blueprints to realize objectives.
